Doha - Qatar

Working with Kennedy, led the design and delivery of guest transport and movement strategies across two high-profile events in Doha, working directly with the Amiri Diwan and Protocol teams to coordinate complex VIP arrivals and departures. Projects included a large-scale event at a heritage site featuring an ambitious Bedouin-inspired temporary structure, and a reception connected to the inaugural Art Basel Qatar at the historic Qatar Preparatory School. The latter required detailed protocol, security and transport planning, including a full highway closure for the arrival of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, alongside senior officials, international guests and figures from the worlds of art and culture.
