Moncler Art of Genius - Olympia, London

Part of the senior leadership team for Moncler’s Art of Genius at Olympia London, working alongside the Executive Producer with responsibility for guest experience, security and live operations. Planned a security deployment of more than 400 positions and took responsibility for the planning and operation of Event Control. With more than 12,000 guests attending and significant oversubscription, the event presented an exceptional crowd management challenge, with queues forming from 4pm and ultimately wrapping around Olympia. Following the project, XYZ agency subsequently invited me to provide interim Head of Production cover during a period of paternity leave.
