H&M - London / Berlin / Los Angeles

Working with Kennedy, led operations across a series of large-scale H&M fashion and music events in London, Berlin and Los Angeles. Security planning was central to the role, alongside event safety, licensing, crowd management and Event Control, adapting plans to very different venues, regulatory environments and local requirements. Delivery included 2 x complex London events with a catwalk built within an active construction site, and extensive liaison with the LAPD in Los Angeles.
